1. About This Policy

2. Terms and Conditions

This End User License Agreement and Privacy Policy is a binding agreement between you and Young Decade IT Software Solution for the use of the Parkom Guard mobile application (com.appparkomguard).

By downloading, installing, or using the application, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions and this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the application and uninstall it from your device.

Subject to the terms of this Agreement, Young Decade IT Software Solution grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to download, install, and use Parkom Guard for personal and non-commercial purposes on a mobile device owned or controlled by you.

4. License Restrictions

Users of Parkom Guard may not:

• Copy, modify, distribute, or sell the application or any portion thereof.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the application.
• Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices within the app.
• Use the application in hazardous environments where failure could cause injury or damage.

5. Reservation of Rights

Parkom Guard is licensed, not sold. Young Decade IT Software Solution retains all ownership rights, intellectual property rights, trademarks, and copyrights related to the application.

6. Collection and Use of Information

The Parkom Guard application may collect certain user information required for app functionality and service improvement. The types of data collected may include, but are not limited to:

• Device information (model, OS version, unique device identifiers)
• Usage data (features accessed, session duration)
• Location data (if required for parking-related features, with your explicit permission)
• Account information provided during registration
